The CORPUS-congress team consists of several enthusiastic and welcoming employees who will do everything they can to make your meeting a success. Starting from the first contact with our sales department up to the contact with the duty- and party manager during your congress or event we will try to be of the best of service to you. Whatever your wishes are, we guarantee you that all the care is taken in the planning and organization of your event that it deserves.

CORPUS has an agreement with Taat & de Regt as caterer. Taat & de Regt is known to put the customer first and has earned its stripes in party catering with flying colors. The workings of the human body is a central issue, for CORPUS as well as for Taat & de Regt. The human body, health and wellbeing form a solid basis for the concept of the catering within CORPUS.

CORPUS Congress Centre offers the basic necessities in audiovisual equipment in our large congress room, which will suffice for organizing meetings, workshops or a congress. If however this equipment might not be adequate, for example because of the size of the event, our congress department can recommend suppliers who can help you obtain the correct AV-equipment. Of course they will also be glad to advise you if there are special wishes about advanced presentations, webcasting, translation cabinets, narrow casting etc.

Within the walls of the CORPUS Congress Centre you will have access to wireless internet and e-mail. The rooms of the CORPUS Congress Centre have high ceilings, are spaciously setup and have an industrial character. This makes for a certain ambiance. For celebratory meetings extra decoration from your side may be preferred. We would gladly give you advice on the possibilities or can recommend companies from a group which were used in earlier festivities and parties.

For hotel reservations in the nearby area we would like to direct you to accommodations in for example Noordwijk and Leiden and surrounding areas. If you would like to stimulate your guests to use public transport you will need transport between Leiden Central Station and CORPUS. Or you might want to leave CORPUS during your meeting to follow a leisure- or other business program. CORPUS has sufficient contacts with transport companies in the area and will gladly help.

Details are important. Things like parking, registration, table setup, room arrangement, flowers, entertainment, photography, indication signs, menu's, music, light and sound can be very important issues to making your meeting a success. Do not hesitate to ask our congress team for help. We will gladly help you find solutions.
