2. If I want to book tickets, I see that I have to choose a particular time slot. How does that work?
You will experience the Journey through the Human Body in groups with a maximum of 16 people. We operate with time slots: on average, every 7 to 8 minutes, a group of visitors leaves, at 9.30 am, 9.38 am, 9.45 am, and so on. When you book tickets for the Journey through the Human Body, you book for a specific time slot, which is the time when your Journey through the Human Body starts. If you arrive at CORPUS too late, it will not be possible to change your tickets to a later time slot. So it is important that you arrive at CORPUS at least 20 minutes before your time slot, so you will have plenty of time to report to the ticket desk. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

3. I have to be at CORPUS 20 minutes in advance. What can I do during this time?
We ask you to be at CORPUS 20 minutes in advance so that you are certain to be able to start the Journey through the Human Body on time. In the meantime, in the main lobby of CORPUS, via one of the two computers, you can register for CORPUS Life, the interactive part of CORPUS. You will then be given your own username and password. If you play a game in the Medical Information centre at CORPUS and log in using your username and password, we will make sure that the results are emailed to you. With CORPUS Life, you can make your Journey through the Human Body even more personal and educational! In our main lobby, you will also find a challenging exhibit, which you can use to test your own health. So there is plenty to do in the meantime!

The main lobby also has a coffee corner where you can have a bite to eat and a drink. You can visit our shop, which sells fun gadgets and interesting books, all within the theme of the human body, of course! The shop also sells the quiz sheet for the Medical Information centre.

4. Can I also visit the Medical Information centre, the interactive part of CORPUS, before the Journey through the Human Body?
No, unfortunately, that is not possible. On average, every 7 to 8 minutes, a group of visitors leaves the Journey through the Human Body and then visits the Medical Information Centre. In this way, the number of visitors at the various parts of the centre remains constant and it will never become really busy. If you visit the Medical Information Centre first, you will be going against the flow, which is not pleasant for you and the other visitors.

6. Is CORPUS suitable for visitors of all ages?
Everyone from 8 years upwards is permitted entry to CORPUS. It has appeared that children under the age of 8 often find CORPUS too overwhelming. Nevertheless, if parents are of the opinion that their child of 6 or 7 years old can cope well with the impressions experienced in the Journey through the Human Body, we may decide to let their child on this journey. However, we do require parents to sign a declaration stating that they themselves are responsible if their child becomes afraid after all and wants to leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end. For children in this age group, the entrance fee is the same as for children of 8 years and older. Take into account that if your child wishes to leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end, you as the person in charge of the child must also leave, because children are not allowed to remain unattended at CORPUS. It will not be possible to resume the journey at a later time slot. If you and your child leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end, you are not entitled to a refund.

10. How can we book tickets?
You can book tickets via the website and pay via Ideal or by credit card. In this way, we prevent long queues at the ticket desk of CORPUS. If you use a wheelchair or a rollator, you cannot book tickets via the website; but you can contact our reservations department by calling +31 (0)71 75 10 200 (choose option 1, then option 1). 11. Why do we have to book tickets in advance?
On average, every 7 to 8 minutes, a group with a maximum of 16 people begins the Journey through the Human Body. This means that CORPUS can only allow a certain number of visitors per day. If you do not book a ticket in advance, there may not be any tickets left at the ticket desk or you may have to wait a long time before there is a free time slot. To prevent disappointment, we therefore always advise you to book tickets beforehand via our website.

Terug

12. I have a discount voucher or free ticket. How can I book using this voucher or free ticket?
All recently issued discount vouchers and free tickets contain a unique code which allows the discount to be subtracted directly in our booking system. However, there are still a number of older discount vouchers for € 2.50 in circulation which do not contain a code. If you have one of these older vouchers, you can book a ticket at the normal rate via the website; and when you visit, you can hand in your voucher to the ticket desk, where you will receive a refund of € 2.50. If you have a free ticket without the unique discount code, book by telephone by calling +31 (0)71 751 02 00 (choose option 1, then option 1).

Terug
