Ordering
At our CORPUS Shop, you can order items which we will send to you within 7 working days after we have received your payment via the bank. CORPUS Shop only delivers items within the Netherlands.

Payment
CORPUS Shop will send you an invoice by email.

Payments & Security
During the ordering process, we have to ask you for your address details and personal details, which we need in order to be able to send you an invoice and to dispatch your order, of course. CORPUS Shop deals with this information carefully and will only use it for the purpose of your order. If you indicate that you would like to be kept informed of our special Shop offers, we will also use your details for this purpose.

Delivery and delivery costs

Delivery
Once we have received your order, we will process and dispatch your order within 7 working days, sent by TNT Post. Small packages will simply be posted through your letter box. If the package is too big to fit through the letter box, TNT will require you to be at home to accept the delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can collect the package later at the post office indicated. TNT will provide you with the details.

Delivery costs 
CORPUS Shop charges delivery costs for each order, which you will see specified on your invoice. Depending on the size and weight of your order, the delivery costs will be € 2.25 or € 6.75.

Returns

Damaged items
If you are delivered a damaged item, send an email to us immediately, to corpusshop@corpusexperience.nl, mentioning your order number, and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that we will only dispatch a new item once we have been sent back the damaged item.

Returning items
If the item you order does not meet your requirements, you can return this article within 7 working days, without stating a reason for the return. We will only accept returns if the item is received by us in an undamaged and unused state and in its original packaging. Along with the return, you must also enclose a copy of the invoice, a letter with your name, full address and details of your bank account, so that we can transfer the refund to you. The costs for returning items are for your own account, and will not be refunded by us. Returning items takes place at your own risk.

Privacy
CORPUS Shop will only use your address and personal details in order to process and deliver your order, and in the case that you wish to be kept informed of CORPUS Shop special offers. Your personal details will not be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for the delivery of the item ordered by you, for example.
