It is not possible to contact the CORPUS Shop by telephone. If you have any questions with regard to the CORPUS Shop, you can email us at corpusshop@corpusexperience.nl, and we will reply as soon as possible. For other questions concerning CORPUS 'journey through the human body' or the CORPUS Congress Centre, you can contact our reservations department by calling +31 (0)71 751 02 00 (choose option 1, then option 1).

The item that I ordered does not meet my requirements. Is it possible to return it?
Yes, that is possible. If the item you ordered does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 7 working days without stating a reason for the return.

We only accept returns if the item in question is received by us undamaged, unused and in its orginal packaging. In addition, you must enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as a letter with your name, full address and details of your bank account, so that we can make a refund to you. The return costs are for your own account and the return delivery is for your own risk.

I have received delivery of my order, but the item is damaged. What should I do?

If the item delivered to you is damaged, contact us immediately via corpusshop@corpusexperience.nl and mention your order number. We will contact you as quickly as possible. Please note that we will only dispatch a new item once the damaged item has been returned to us.

Are the prices mentioned on the website including Dutch VAT?

Yes, all the prices are mentioned including Dutch VAT. The ordering page shows the price and the amount of Dutch VAT separately.

Do I have to pay delivery costs for an order?

Yes, CORPUS Shop charges delivery costs for every order. The charge for delivery will be mentioned on your invoice, and will be € 2.25 or € 6.75, depending on the size and weight of the item you have ordered. For orders for an amount over € 150, we do not charge any delivery costs.
