There is a great deal involved in organizing a congress or other type of event. In addition to organizing a suitable location, good catering and a perfectly put-together programme, there are numerous other matters which require your attention. Matters such as photography, help with parking, music, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment or communication. Parking
CORPUS has a spacious car park. If you are expecting more than 125 cars, you will need extra parking facilities nearby. CORPUS can draw up a parking plan for you, where we purchase parking capacity and organize the necessary help with parking.

Transport
If you wish to encourage your guests to travel by public transport, you will require a shuttle service between the train station Leiden Centraal and CORPUS. You will also need transport if you wish you and your guests to have a break from your event at CORPUS for an activity at a different location. CORPUS has sufficient contacts with shuttle service providers in the region.

Furniture/Dinnerware
CORPUS has a standard assortment of furniture and dinnerware available, with comfortable chairs, low tables and high tables, and attractive glassware and dinnerware. If you have specific requirements, we can hire furniture and dinnerware for you.

Décor/Event Styling
The right décor for your event is particularly important. We work together with a number of partners who specialize in décor, design and event styling. They can provide your event with exactly the atmosphere that you have in mind. We can help you find the right solutions!

Entertainment
For a playful break from your event or a DJ for your party, CORPUS has the connections to provide you with the right form of entertainment. Cabaret performers, singers, DJs or actors...you can choose from a very wide range of artists.

Floral arrangements
Floral arrangements create atmosphere and add that little extra touch to your event. We can arrange to have the rooms beautifully decorated by one of our regular local florists, who will create exactly the right atmosphere to fit in with your event.

Stands/poster boards
If you are organizing a product presentation or a job market and you require stands or poster boards, our regular business partner is an expert in this area and will be happy to make you a suitable offer.

Communication
How do you announce your event to your guests? How do you inform them of what to expect from your event? Good communication before, during and after your event is vital for its success. We work closely together with communication advisors, events bureaus and copywriters who can take charge of all the communication to do with your event.
