7. Photography and films
Visitors are not permitted to take photographs during the Journey through the Human Body. Visitors are permitted to take photographs in the Medical Information centre, but only for own use.

The publication of image and/or sound material is forbidden, unless the Board of Directors of CORPUS has given prior permission in writing. You as a guest may be filmed or photographed, and CORPUS reserves the right at all times to use this material for publication.

Back

8. Attractions
CORPUS has been designed in such a way that not every area is able to accommodate a large number of guests at the same time. At busy times, it is possible that visitors may not be able to visit each part of the Medical Information centre. CORPUS is not liable for any damage or disappointment.

The Journey through the Human Body is operated by means of various technical systems and a malfunction in any of these systems could result in delays. In the case of such delays, CORPUS does not issue any refunds for the entry ticket.

Back

9. Damage
CORPUS is maintained with the utmost care. However, a visitor may be faced with an unsafe situation or damage; in which case we would request the visitor to report this as quickly as possible to one of our staff so that we can take action. Visitors themselves may also cause damage themselves by accident. In this case too, we would ask visitors to report the incident to the reception desk before leaving CORPUS.

Back

10. Liability
Should visitors suffer any damage during their visit to CORPUS, they must report this to the reception desk before they leave. Any damage claim when reported at a later time is in any case excluded. CORPUS does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage caused to guests of whatever nature, unless this damage is a direct consequence of an intentional act or omission by CORPUS or caused by one of our staff. In addition, in the case of articles handed over to CORPUS for storage, if these articles go missing or are damaged, CORPUS cannot accept any liability. The exclusion of liability does not apply in so far as CORPUS, with regard to the risk that has occurred, receives compensation from an insurance company or another third party.

Back

11. Promotion and sales
The promotion or sales of services and/or products is not permitted within CORPUS, on the grounds of CORPUS or the entrance road, without prior permission in writing from the Board of Directors of CORPUS.

Back

12. Removal from the premises
Our staff are authorized to remove from CORPUS visitors who do not adhere to the visitors' Terms and Conditions mentioned or who threaten to disrupt or disrupt the public order. In such cases, visitors are not entitled to damage compensation.

Back

13. Parking
The parking places within CORPUS and on the CORPUS grounds are the property of CORPUS. Visitors may make use of the parking places at all times provided that the occupants of the vehicles have bought an entry ticket to CORPUS. Visitors pay a fixed parking fee per car of € 5, valid for four hours from the time of driving onto the parking area.

Should visitors not make full use of the four hour parking time, there will be no reduction in the cost of parking or entrance fee. For parking for a period of more than 4 hours, the charge is € 10; in this case too, no refund is possible for a shorter parking stay.

Should all the parking places within CORPUS and on the grounds of CORPUS be occupied, visitors should look for an alternative parking place, the costs for which cannot be reclaimed from CORPUS. CORPUS cannot guarantee that parking spaces will be available at all times.

Back

14. Smoking
Smoking is forbidden within CORPUS. Smoking outside is permitted within the designated smoking areas. Cigarette ends should be disposed of in the bins provided in the designated smoking areas. Weather conditions are not accepted as an excuse for smoking in another area other than designated by CORPUS.

Back

15. Catering facilities
With regard to the catering facilities, the uniform delivery terms and conditions of the catering sector apply, available for inspection upon request. While visiting the attraction, it is forbidden to consume food or drink.

Back

16. Use of toilet facilities
During the 55 minute Journey through the Human Body, it is not possible to use the toilet facilities, so we would therefore advise you to visit the toilet before commencing the Journey through the Human Body.

Back

17. Age
CORPUS has been found suitable for children from the age of 8 years upwards. Children under 6 years of age are not permitted entry to CORPUS. Children aged 6 and 7 are only allowed entrance when accompanied by an adult. If parents are of the opinion that their child aged 6 or 7 could cope well with the Journey through the Human Body, we may decide to allow this child entrance; but we would then require the parents to sign a declaration stating that they themselves are responsible if their child becomes afraid after all and wishes to leave the Journey through the Human Body before it has ended. For children aged 6 and 7, you pay the same as for a child from 8 years upwards. Take into account that if your child wants to leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end, you as the person responsible for your child must also leave the Journey through the Human Body. CORPUS does not give any refunds if children find CORPUS scary, leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end or if the experience is not the same as the expectations. It is not possible to leave the Journey through the Human Body before the end and then resume the journey.

18. Ordering Tickets online and amendments to the booking

For groups of 17 people or more, you can contact us up to 14 working days before the planned visit to CORPUS to change the booking time or to cancel the visit.

Back

19. No-show after buying tickets
If members of a group and/or individual visitors do not show, we cannot issue any refunds. If you happen to arrive too late for the starting time of your journey, you will not receive a refund of the entrance fee or any other form of compensation. This is why we request you to report to the ticket desk 20 minutes before the starting time of your journey, at the latest.

Back

20. Refunds
In the following cases, we do not issue any refunds or any other form of compensation:
- In the case of illness or absence.
- If your expectations of CORPUS are not the same as the experience.
- If there are delays.
- If 1 or more of the games are not working.
- If you become unwell.

- If you lose your entrance ticket or it is stolen.

- In the case that the visitor has obtained the entrance ticket from a third party, other than CORPUS, and this payment of the entrance fee to CORPUS does not take place for reasons on the part of the third party.

- In the case that the event which the entrance ticket allows entry to does not take place for reasons for which CORPUS is not responsible.

If the visitor does not use the entrance ticket for whatever reason, this will be for his/her own account. Once an entrance ticket has been issued, it cannot be exchanged. In these cases, there is no refund of the entrance fee either.
